HELPMinimum Order - Australia A minimum order of AUD$200 (ex GST) / AUD$220 (inc. GST) applies to all orders.

Orders are prioritised according to the time & date we receive them. We usually operate at a 1-3 business* day processing time (from receipt of your payment). Please allow standard Australia Post parcel delivery time from Sydney to your area. Delivery time will vary subject to your location, order size and selected method of transport. For parcel delivery timeframes to your area please check with our Customer Service team or your local Post Office.
Note: In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take several business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays). Tip: If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please check if it has been held at your local Post Office, or alert our Customer Service Team so we can track your delivery. Small to Medium pack sizes
Our list small to medium pack size products prices are published in our Online Shop and in THE LIST, our wholesale product & price list. The Company will endeavour to hold prices until the next published price list. However, due to market fluctuations, we reserve the right to make changes without notice. Pricing updates will be first updated on our Online Shop, and then updated in the next publication of The List. Bulk pack sizes Our bulk pack sizes will be quoted upon request.

Discount structure We offer further trade discounts off our published price list.
Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided with the goods. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, or if you find a discrepancy, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Our Customer Service team will advise procedure to return or exchange the goods in question.
If we are unable to complete your order due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted within two days of placing your order to make alternate arrangements. Depending on the estimated time of wait, you may choose to back order the item or place your order at a later date. If you have elected to place the item on backorder, when that item arrives back into stock, we will contact you prior to dispatching the goods to confirm that you still want that product.
